Policies of Havelock Social Hall
|
HALL POLICIES |
- $400.00 deposit is required on all hall
to reserve date.
$100.00 is held as a damage deposit, and $300.00 is applied to
hall rental
|
 |
- $400.00 deposit is not refundable.
|
- Final payments are due 10 days before
date the hall is reserved.
|
- All rentals require catering and
alcohol service provided by Havelock Social Hall.
|
- Everything you want to keep must be
removed from the hall immediately following the event.
|
- Havelock Social Hall is not
liable for damaged, lost, or stolen personal items belonging
to Hosts or guests.
|
- Havelock Social Hall has the
right to stop any event, at any time, for any reason.
|
- No alcohol, including champagne, or
pop, can be brought into the building by hosts or guests.
|

DECORATING POLICIES
- ALL CANDLES MUST BE ENCLOSED, NO
OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED.
- Do not bring any sand filled
decorations into the building.
- Do not use tape or pins on walls.
- You are responsible for all damage done
by your guests, D.J., etc.
BAR POLICIES

No alcohol, including champagne, or pop,
can be brought into the building by hosts or guests.

Bartenders are provided for all events.

Event may last up to 7 hours, beginning when
bar opens.

Bar closes no later than 12:30 a.m.,
regardless when event starts.
